Registration fee
All applicants have to pay a registration fee of SGD214 which is non-refundable.

Interview
All applicants will be interviewed by our teachers.

Diagnostic Test
All applicants have to take our school admission (diagnostic tests) in accordance to the level they are applying.

PAYMENT POLICY

ACCEPTANCE FEE
A single acceptance fee of SGD 3,210 (incl. GST) per student is due when the student takes up the school's offer. The applicant has to pay the acceptance fee within 2 weeks of the notification (or within the date that is stipulated in the letter of offer). The acceptance fee is collected ONCE AND NON-REFUNDABLE and does not count towards tuition.

All students need to pay a security deposit which is refundable.

NOTICE ON WITHDRAWAL (* note)

The security deposit is refunded to the students upon their graduation from HCIS (end of Grade 12 or JC2) or early withdrawal from the school. In the case of early withdrawal, the parent or guardian has to give at least a 60-DAYS WRITTEN NOTICE, prior to the departure date, to the school. Failure to do so means that the school will retain the deposit.

REFUND POLICY
If a student has paid his/her tuition fee one term in advance but wishes to withdraw thereafter, the student may seek a refund of the tuition fee if the following conditions are met:

IMPORTANT! Please note the following:
  • Tuition fees are due when the student accepts the place offered by the school.
  • School fees are collected by terms.
  • Charges for medical health check, student pass and visa are not included in the above.
  • Payments are non-refundable except for the deposit. *(note)
  • All payments are inclusive of GST.

In addition, note that the following are not included in the tuition fees, as these costs will vary dependging on the level of entry, subjects taken and the nature of activities:

  • Issue of required textbooks
  • School & Sports attire
  • Examination-related costs
  • Sabbaticals
  • Excursion and field trips
  • Certain co-curricular activities
