Admission Procedure

(A) ADMISSION (for Grade 8 to 11)
- Open to both local and foreign students

To register, kindly submit the following documents via fax (65) 6464-7060 or email admin@hcis.edu.sg before the registration deadline:

After receiving the above documents, an interview time slot will then be released to you.

(B) ADMISSION (for Secondary 1/Grade 7)

B1. Admission Procedures for PSLE students 2008
 
1) Submit latest academic results (i.e. School Prelim or PSLE Result Slip with PSLE Aggregate Score)
2) Attend an interview
Your child may need to undergo the English and Mathematics admission tests if he/she is deemed ineligible to gain admission to HCIS in Year 2009 from the above criteria 1 and 2.

• Application Form (Download here)
• 1 passport size photo
• Birth certificate
• Registration Fee *SGD214.00 (inclusive of GST, non-refundable, payable on actual interview/test date)

School records are IMPORTANT references for the interview segment. Results are normally released by 7 working days. Only successful applicants will be notified of the status of his/her application via phone and written notice.

B2. Admission Procedures for non-PSLE students
Kindly refer to the above Part A - ADMISSION (for Grade 8 to 11).
