ADMISSION REQUIREMENT

All applicants have to complete the following before admission to Hwa Chong International School (HCIS):

1. An interview: A one-to-one interview between a teacher and the applicant.
   Applicants are required to converse fluently in English for about half an hour.
2. Admission Test – English Paper
3. Admission Test – Mathematics Paper

The interview and admission test are held every first Friday of the month in HCIS. If the Friday is a public holiday in Singapore, it will be conducted on the following Friday.

The admission tests are to determine an applicant’s readiness for our programme and their abilities. The nature of the test can be found at “Admission Test Information”.

Results will be released 7 working days after the admission test date. Applicants will be notified of the status of his/her application via written notice.

Successful applicants will be given 7 working days (subject to change without prior notice) of notice to consider admission upon receipt of the school's Letter of Offer.
