The self-administered ART must be carried out within 24 hours before the school reopening to be valid (i.e. from 03 Jan 2022, 8am onwards). For more information on the use of an ART self-test kit, students may refer to MOH&#8217;s website <a style=\"color: red;\" href=\"https:\/\/ask.gov.sg\/questions\/507\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">here<\/a>.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>All students are to submit their valid self-swab ART result via a google form link provided in an email that the school has sent out regarding this latest requirement. Please make sure to check your mailbox for the email. <strong>Online submission of the self-swab ART can only be done on 03 Jan 2022 (Mon), from 8am to 6pm.<\/strong> Kindly note that a <strong>valid negative ART result<\/strong> is required for students to return to school. We regret to inform you that students who do not submit a valid ART before coming to school will be directed to return home to complete this exercise before they are allowed to come to school again the next day.\u00a0<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>Those who are unwell or have a positive ART result should not report to school. They should follow MOH&#8217;s Protocols 1 and 2 respectively. Students placed on Health Risk Warning (HRW) should follow MOH&#8217;s Protocol 3 and ensure they have a valid negative ART result before going to school. Student\u2019s Pass (STP) holders and Dependent Pass (DP) holders who enter Singapore from 1 November 2021 via the Student\u2019s Pass Holder Lane (STPHL) and Work Pass Holder General Lane (WPHL) must meet the COVID-19 vaccination requirements for entry. This includes post-entry requirements for pass holders who are <strong><u>aged 12 and above<\/u> <\/strong>at the point of arrival:<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>(a) <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span lang=\"EN-SG\">Those who entered Singapore before they were fully vaccinated*^<\/span><\/span><span lang=\"EN-SG\">\u00a0 must <b>complete the full vaccination regimen within two months after they arrive in Singapore<\/b>. Please visit\u00a0 <a style=\"color: red;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.vaccine.gov.sg\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer noreferrer\">https:\/\/www.vaccine.gov.sg <\/a>for information on getting vaccinated in Singapore.<u><\/u><u><\/u><\/span><\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><span lang=\"EN-SG\">(b) <\/span><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span lang=\"EN-SG\">Those who were fully vaccinated overseas^<\/span><\/span><span lang=\"EN-SG\">\u00a0 must <b>update their vaccination records in the National Immunisation Registry (NIR)<\/b>\u00a0within 14 days of completing their self-isolation or Stay-Home Notice in Singapore. To do so, they will need to show documentary proof of their overseas vaccination, and a positive serology test result taken at a Public Health Preparedness Clinic (<a style=\"color: red;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.phpc.gov.sg\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer noreferrer\">https:\/\/www.phpc.gov.sg<\/a>) at their own expense. If the serology test result is negative, they must complete the full vaccination regimen within two months of the negative test result.<u><\/u><u><\/u><\/span><\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><span lang=\"EN-SG\">(c) <\/span><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span lang=\"EN-SG\">Those who are medically ineligible for vaccination<\/span><\/span><span lang=\"EN-SG\">\u00a0must, at their own expense,\u00a0<b>seek medical consultation in Singapore and be certified to be medically ineligible\u00a0<\/b>for all COVID-19 vaccines under Singapore\u2019s National Vaccination Programme, within 14 days of completing their self-isolation or Stay-Home Notice in Singapore. Otherwise, they must complete the full vaccination regimen within two months of their arrival.<\/span><\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">*<em>Those aged below 18 may enter without proof of vaccination. Nonetheless, all travellers are strongly encouraged to be vaccinated prior to entering Singapore, where possible.<\/em><\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><em>^An individual is considered fully vaccinated two weeks after he\/she has received the full regimen of World Health Organization Emergency Use Listing (WHO EUL) vaccines.<\/em><\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><span lang=\"EN-SG\">2. <\/span><span lang=\"EN-SG\">As part of Singapore\u2019s Vaccination-Differentiated Safe Management Measures (VDS), individuals must be fully vaccinated to participate in certain activities, such as dining, entering shopping malls or attending performances. Individuals should download the TraceTogether (TT) app (<a style=\"color: red;\" href=\"https:\/\/tracetogether.gov.sg\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer noreferrer\" data-saferedirecturl=\"https:\/\/www.google.com\/url?q=https:\/\/tracetogether.gov.sg\/&amp;source=gmail&amp;ust=1638507228523000&amp;usg=AOvVaw3-lPr-puYGv_4aEMDbWLd5\">https:\/\/tracetogether.gov.sg<\/a>)<wbr \/>, which will be updated with their vaccination status after they have completed the steps described in Paragraph 1<sup>@<\/sup>, as proof of vaccination while going around Singapore.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><i><sup><span lang=\"EN-SG\">@<\/span><\/sup><\/i><i><span lang=\"EN-SG\">Travellers who are vaccinated overseas and present valid vaccination certificates to immigration officers upon arrival may have their TT apps updated with a temporary vaccinated status. This may expire 30 days after arrival. Updating their vaccination records in the NIR as described in Paragraph 1b will allow the vaccinated status to be extended beyond 30 days.<\/span><\/i><\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>3. Students aged 12 and above who have entered Singapore are reminded to complete the above requirements as soon as possible, if they have not already done so. This will help to keep your child\/ward and those around them safe. Please note that enforcement actions, including revocation of passes, may be taken for non-compliance or false declarations. No further action is required for those who have already completed their vaccination in Singapore before travelling overseas, or those below the age of 12.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span lang=\"EN-SG\">4. <\/span><span lang=\"EN-SG\">For more information on the vaccination requirements, please refer to the links in the table below. Students are to return home immediately after lessons; supplementary lessons like the STAR Programme for Year 1 \u2013 4 will be suspended.<\/p><p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Updates on Contact Tracing (wef 21 Sep 2021)<\/strong><\/span><br \/>1. As part of the transition to endemic COVID-19, MOH will be moving to automatic contact tracing to issue Health Risk Warnings (HRW) and Health Risk Alerts (HRA) based on TraceTogether (TT) token\/app data. As such, we advise students to carry their TT token or app with them at all times, and to <strong>follow MOH\u2019s instructions provided<\/strong> if they were issued HRAs\/HRWs and perform self-isolation and tests where necessary.<\/p><p>2. The school must be informed promptly of the receipt of such notification.<br \/>3. Recovered Confirmed Cases. Students who were confirmed COVID-19 cases and have fully recovered from COVID-19 are non-infectious upon completion of their isolation order. Students <strong>are only return to school after the end of their isolation period. There is no need for recovered students to get a PCR swab test before they can return to school.<\/strong><\/p><p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Updates on SMMs<\/strong><\/span><br \/>1. Fixed examination-style seating for students in all settings.<br \/>2. <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Group work<\/span> will be allowed for up to two persons.<br \/>3. <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Recess<\/span> will follow fixed single seating with 1m spacing, with no interaction. Meals can<br \/>be consumed in classrooms while still ensuring SMMs are adhered to.<br \/>4. <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">PE lessons:<\/span> All indoor mask-off activities are suspended. Mask-off activities <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">in groups of 2 <\/span>may be conducted outdoors.<br \/>5. <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Mask-off music and drama classes<\/span> will be suspended.<br \/>6. <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">CCAs and Enrichment:<\/span> All in-person CCAs, after-school activities and postexamination enrichment programmes that involve intermingling of students across classes\/cohorts will be suspended until further notice. However, Online CCAs will continue. Other external activities such as learning journeys are also suspended.<br \/>7. <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Support for high-needs students<\/span> will continue in class-based groupings.<\/p><p>8. Usage of enclosed common areas: To prevent any intermingling across cohorts the School Library and Student Hub, will be closed during this period.<br \/>9. <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">School-based examinations<\/span> will proceed under existing SMMs but higher-risk groups (i.e. confirmed COVID-19 cases, or students on QO, SHN, LOA, AA) in MOE schools will not be allowed to sit for any school-based End-of-Year examinations.<\/p><p>For the IGCSE and IB examinations, different arrangements are made as outlined in the letter dated 14 September 2021.<\/p><p>We urge all students to adhere to all SMMs in place, practise good personal hygiene and be socially responsible. Online CCAs may be conducted.<\/li>\n\t<li><u>Support for high-needs students<\/u> will continue in class-based groupings.<\/li>\n\t<li><u>Usage of enclosed common areas,<\/u> such as the library and student lounges, will be strictly regulated with strict cohortisation and supervision. School gyms will only permit low intensity activities (i.e. masks on at all times) with wipe down and safe distancing regimes enforced.<\/li>\n\t<li><b>For students, including their household members, who may have received an SMS from MOH with either a \u201cHealth Risk Warning\u201d or \u201cHealth Risk Alert\u201d, the following actions will be taken. Students without the TT Token\/App would be reminded to bring their Tokens\/smartphones with the TT App to schools. In addition to the national Stay-Home Notice (SHN) regime (please refer to the Ministry of Health, Singapore website for latest updates), we will be instituting a 14-day Leave of Absence (LOA) for students and staff who have returned from overseas, regardless of country or mode of entry, on or after Saturday 14 March 2020. The day of arrival will count as Day 0 and last for 14 days. This additional measure is put in place to further mitigate the chances of imported cases entering the school compound. For all vendors\/service providers and visitors who have returned from overseas, regardless of country or mode of entry, on or after 14 March 2020, the school will advise them to stay away from school for 14 days from the day of arrival to minimise the risk of transmission. The teachers will continue to be vigilant and monitor their students in classrooms throughout the school day.
