The churning red broth is a zest for life’s fiery passions, and the clear mushroom soup is a blend of time’s quiet refinement. They represent a timeless, almost romantic covenant in Chinese dining.

Join our workshop as we guide you into the world of hotpot, where the wisdom of Chinese dining comes alive, and human connection is celebrated around the table. This session is a heartfelt tribute to a culinary tradition spanning thousands of years, providing an engaging and flavourful experience for all participants.
The workshop will be conducted in Chinese, with limited places available. All are welcome, and admission is free!
