All Primary 6 students are welcome to apply to HCIS via our 2025 Year 1 Direct Admission exercise, which allows eligible students to secure early placements in our school, even before sitting for the PSLE examination. Should the child be offered a place, and upon confirmation of acceptance of the offer, the child will be secured of the placement in our school regardless of the outcome of his/her PSLE results. Please note that all applications must reach us by 6 June 2024. Any application received thereafter will not be considered for the Direct Admission exercise.

Admission is open to local and foreign students for entry from Year 1 to IB1 (Grade 7 to 11/ Secondary 1 to 4, IB1) throughout the academic year, subject to availability. Useful admissions information are:
Do note that Admission Test dates are subject to changes. Applicants are advised to check the school website for updates. Overseas-based student applicants will be informed of alternative assessment arrangements according to the development of the COVID-19 situation. The school reserves the right to decline applicants once registration is full.

Singapore PR – Copy of Passport, NRIC (if applicable), Re-entry Permit & Birth Certificate*
Foreigner – Copy of Passport, Birth Certificate* & Dependant/ Student/ LTSV/ SV pass
* Please provide the official translated copy if the document is not in English.
Please note that applications with any missing information or document will be considered incomplete and will not be processed. An Admission Administrative Fee (non-refundable and non-transferable) will be payable upon confirmation of test slot availability.
